    1946:  KRS established by Louis Darchied in Grand Rapids, MI. to
              service manufacturers and consumer requirements
    1964:  KRS moved to a larger location as a result of expanded sales,
              “Made-in-USA” brands, and services to deliver as promised.
    1990:  KRS built on a new location with triple the size to support  our                            growing customers base throughout North America.   
    2000:  KRS opens the Norton Shores facility to further assist customers needs.

Return Policy:

Contact customer service to obtain a returned material authorization (RMA) number. Our receiving department cannot accept a return without a proper number. Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection and may be rejected if not in resaleable condition.
